So I called and checked the case number again yet this time the site said not recieved. The guy on the phone did tell me they had recieved my System, yet it would be a 99 dollar charge to fix my system. I asked him why and he said it was out of warrenty. I did not quite understand. It took about ten mins to get it streight that the warrenty was "void" or something due to "Physical" damage... (needless to say I was not happy about that, I explained what was wrong with the system before I sent it in. They sent me a box to ship it in and told me there would be no charge) Anyway So now I told them to send it back... The 99 dollar charge is insane... it will take another week to get back most likely and unfixed... so the warrenty is no good, even if you do send it in, they most likely will make you pay for the repair one way of the other...
